National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities (NICHCY) Training Curriculum
The National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities (NICHCY) provides a training curriculum entitled Building the Legacy: Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Amendments of 2004. Its purpose is to provide authoritative information about, and training materials on, IDEA and its final Part B regulations. NICHCY recently launched a new training module (Module 13) which focuses on the crown jewel of special education: the individualized education program (IEP).
